HOW IT WORKS

HOW TO SET UP FOR YOUR CLASS

Mats are provided but please feel free to use your own. Why not wear a NotJustYoga tshirt!

Please let Ros know about any injuries.

Relax go at your own pace and have fun.

On some occasions we will be using props which

will be provided.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Expect a whole body, low impact and controlled workout. Special emphasis is given to your core muscles and your breathing, but you will also work your arms, legs, glutes and back.

 

You will feel stronger and calmly energised after each class. And with regular practice the Yoga exercises will engrain in your muscle memory and you will start feeling better, getting rid of back aches, tensed muscles and stiff joints.

 

Your flexibility will improve and you will feel taller and better aligned.
